Right in the heart of Poblacion, Makati, where rich heritage and captivating history lies a small school. It started out with a plain colored room, plenty of toys and books inherited by the owner’s son, one teacher, two aides and nine very eager children willing to learn the value of play and ready to step up into a world of colors, numbers, shapes and letters. That was in 2009, when all the other schools cater to the pre-school age ranging from 4 to 6 years old, the owner and Center Directress, Angelita Raymundo-Arboleda, decided to accommodate toddler age children. She envisioned a center for beginners before moving up to the bigger school and a center for soon-to-be readers to appreciate the value of reading and the wonderful world of learning.

The following year, 2010, by word of mouth, 38 children, from nearby neighborhood were enrolled for a taste of a different set-up in pre-school learning. This time, a teacher was hired by the name of Erika Jayne Sabio and two nannies to assist the owner. And the name IAngel Learning Center emerged, conceptualized by the cousin of the owner and constant sponsor of the school, Dr. Ronald D. Subida. 

In 2011, the owner saw the need to renovate another room that can accommodate the growing population of the Center, 48 children from different areas were enrolled.    

And in 2012, in line with the vision of the K+12 program initiated by the Department of Education, the owner decided to offer Kindergarten classes to kids ages 4 – 5 years old, and in effect, a full pledged preparatory school. 74 children were enrolled.  

2016– IAngel Learning Center was recognized by the Department of Education. 

Today, the center, houses 5 classrooms:  for SPED, Toddlers, Nursery, Kinder1, Kinder2, playground, playroom, clinic, library, Principal’s office.
